Students in the SHS IBDP Visual Arts HL course blew me away the other day as they gave me a sneak peak into their journals. Students are developing these journals as part of their growth process in the course. Thanks to the incredible planning and teaching of Module Downer, these students are exploring a wide range of artistic topics. Students are also performing research on artistic themes and reflecting about their work in their journals. As this is only year one of a two year course, we can not wait to see how extraordinary these students' artwork will be in their end of programme gallery.
